Reserva Edge, manufactured by ONELAN, a global leader in digital visual communications, is a recipient of Future Publishing’s Best of Show Award, presented at the 2019 InfoComm Show by Digital Signage Magazine.
Future Publishing’s Best of Show Awards are evaluated by a panel of judges and editors, experts in the pro-AV industry, and are selected from submitted products based on a range of criteria including innovation, ease of use, quality, return on investment, and market relevance.
“The Best of Show Awards at InfoComm are in their sixth year,” said Adam Goldstein, Future VP market leader for AV, Pro Audio and CEW. “The program focuses attention on superb innovations in technology as seen around the exhibit floor of the industry’s top trade show. The list of 2019 winners and nominees shows where our industry is headed.”
“We’re delighted that Reserva Edge’s innovative design has been recognised by Digital Signage Magazine,” commented Simon Carp, ONELAN’s senior product manager. “Reserva Edge’s unique features are based on a wealth of feedback from partners and customers enabling us to deliver a product with the fit and finish befitting the most prestigious buildings and interior designs. We’re excited to see how this solution will help to transform the room booking signage market.”
Reserva Edge features a portrait orientated, tilted touchscreen interface with edge to edge glass, anti-finger print coating, fully concealed cables and connectors, clear LED status illumination inside and outside the room, and an optional fully integrated ID card reader.
Uniquely for room signage, Reserva Edge is built upon ONELAN’s leading Linux-based Net-Top-Box (NTB) digital signage operating system, meaning the room signs can be managed remotely and centrally from ONELAN’s Content Management System. Reserva Edge is a comprehensive communications platform with multizone layout design, and extensive playlist and scheduling controls.
Furthermore, utilising ONELAN’s proprietary Linux based operating system brings additional security benefits for organisations and means the full software stack can be updated remotely over the network.
In addition, the adoption of Intel technology delivers optimum performance and responsiveness for the device.
